Hi, I’m Laurel Shields – Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor.
I help clients get fit, build strength, and create habits that last a lifetime. I’ve worked with women pre- and post-natal, with PCOS, Crohn’s, and in barbell strength training, tailoring every session to your unique needs. I push you when you need it and celebrate your effort every step of the way—because if you show up and give your best, I guarantee you’ll see results.
I’ve loved movement my whole life—dance, judo, gymnastics, swimming—and growing up around athletes made being active feel natural. In my late 20s, I committed fully to fitness, transforming my strength, athleticism, and mindset. By my 30s, I was passionate about helping women move better, feel stronger, and understand why strength, muscle, and good habits matter—not just for short-term goals, but for lasting health and confidence.
